The Kabaddi Pro League resumed after a day’s hiatus with Triple Panga at the Shree Kanteerava Indoor Stadium in Bengaluru. U Mumba beat Tamil Thalaivas by seven points in the first game of the night. Rahul Chaudhari returned to his best as the Jaipur Pink Panthers beat the Haryana Steelers 44-31 in game two, while Rakesh HS’ superb Super 10 helped the Gujarat Giants beat Puneri Paltan 47-37 in the main event hit of the night.

After a 15-point raid against Puneri Paltan, Rakesh HS of the Gujarat Giants became the tournament’s new number one raider. He now has 42 attack points, one more than runner-up Naveen Kumar. Jaipur Pink Panthers star Arjun Deshwal made the top 3 after scoring 14 attack points against the Haryana Steelers. Deshwal increased his total to 39 attack points.

Even though Puneri Paltan lost the match against Gujarat Giants, young team player Aslam Inamdar had an unforgettable night in Bengaluru. He scored 19 attack points against Gujarat, ensuring the margin on loss wasn’t too big. Inamdar is fourth on the leaderboard with 38 attack points. Jaipur Pink Panthers captain Sunil Kumar performed very well last night against the Haryana Steelers. He grabbed eight rebounds to break into the top 3 in the defensive standings. Kumar now has 13 points up for grabs.
